From the initial discussions and an on-site meeting, where you can see laptop presentations of previous commissions, a scaled drawing is taken and careful consideration is given to important factors such as existing soil type and condition, aspect toward the sun, positioning of existing trees, shrubs and hard landscape features and drainage requirements. Once these factors are assessed, a hand-drawn, scaled schematic is produced, which is then discussed in depth to ensure its suitability to your needs.
Being acutely aware that costs should be transparent and easily understood, a comprehensive quotation is provided, detailing the various works and their associated costs. If acceptable, a mutually agreeable date to commence the works is set and a completion date indicated. No deposit is generally required; all we ask is that after satisfactory completion of your new garden, payment is made upon submission of our invoice.
Once a garden build has started it is our policy to remain exclusively with that commission until completion, thus minimising any disruption and keeping you as stress-free as possible.
